Payment Policy: 

Dr. Hodges is a private pay provider and does not accept insurances including Medicaid and Medicare.  She is considered out of network with all commercial insurances. However,  a receipt is provided which can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement.  Payment forms accepted include credit/debit cards, HSA cards, check or cash. Payment is due at time of service.

 

Fee Schedule:
Initial Psychiatric Assessment (50 min)           $350
Medication Mgmt/Follow Up  (25 min)            $150
Psychotherapy (50 min)                                    $150
Medication Mgmt & Psychotherapy (50 min) $300
